We come to your home and help diagnose the cause of your Microsoft Windows-based computer problems, such as software configurations, router configuration, Internet settings, virus or spyware/malware issues, or operating system errors.
We will:

1. Check all computer and network connection settings

2. Perform hardware tests, check for viruses and spyware and do a complete security audit

3. Help you with a backup plan to insure the safety of your data

4. Solve issues and do a system tune-ups as necessary

5. Download and arrange installation of operating system updates

If it is determined that parts are required to fix your problem, we will provide advice on the best course for repair (parts are extra). Our goal is to strive to restore computer and devices back to working condition (except in the event of a hardware failure). Average service duration is 1.5 hours.
